About Me

Rodney started his career in media working at ABC where he read hundreds of scripts every season for the network’s nighttime programs. The synopses he wrote were sent out to the ABC affiliates. While at ABC, he started writing his own scripts with college friend, Vicki Montoya. While their two earliest scripts were not made, they received positive feedback from network executives who read them. Now they are collaborating again and their romantic comedy script is being shopped by an actor/producer of a hit Netflix series. Meanwhile, they are working on a political thriller novel with the intention of turning it into a limited series on a streaming service.

Rodney’s wife, Valerie, is also a contributor to the TRINSPIRATION® website, having written a Christmas book called Open the Gift. This book will be available during the holiday season of 2024.
